    Single Sign-On

    Gone are the days of juggling multiple logins to manage your program! With Single Sign-On (SSO), you only need to log in once to access all the tools within Snap! Mobile, eliminating the hassle of remembering multiple passwords. Plus, SSO enhances security by centralizing authentication and reducing password reuse.

     

    Messaging in the Snap! Mobile App

    Chat with everyone in your program using the Messaging feature in the Snap! Mobile app. Easily message, post reactions, and send emojis to all the members of your program before, during, and after your fundraiser! Group leaders must first enable this feature to begin chatting with their participants. View our help articles to learn more!

    Reward your donors with our digital discount card fundraisers! Designed for schools or programs that want to offer something to customers in exchange for their financial contributions, a digital discount card fundraiser unlocks savings by giving donors access to an exclusive discount program. After donating, they will receive 12 months of access to our deal site, where they can find thousands of discounts on local and national dining and retailers, online shopping, and travel.

    Guardian-led Fundraisers

    If you are planning a walk-a-thon or other fundraiser with elementary or middle school-aged participants, Snap! Raise makes it easy for you to fundraise with the help of parents and guardians through our guardian-led fundraiser solution. Check out these key features:

  • Easy set up – Guardians create their own account and join the fundraiser, then add profiles for each child in the fundraiser.
  • Custom fundraising rewards – incentivize your participants with fun rewards like t-shirts, dress down days, keychains, or stickers!
  • Automated and engaging outreach – Guardians add email addresses and phone numbers for potential donors and Snap! Raise does the rest with our proven email and text outreach.
  • Get the kids involved – each participant will have a QR code for their personal fundraiser page that they can print, save and share to help get donations.
  • Updated Participant Experience

    We’ve made some major updates to the participant experience to make it more user-friendly than ever!

    Key Features:

  • Task Manager: Upon sign-up, participants can see which tasks they need to complete in the new Task Manager, like uploading a profile photo, adding potential supporters’ email addresses and phone numbers, and promoting their fundraiser. This makes it easier than ever for participants to track tasks they’ve completed, and see exactly what they need to do next.
  • Parent Impersonation: Participants can invite their parent or guardian to help them invite supporters. After creating an account through their welcome email, the parent or guardian can carry out any task participants typically would—from adding emails and phone numbers to sending out messages to potential supporters. Guardians can be invited to help fundraise for multiple participants on multiple campaigns at once.
  • Social Sharing: With the new sharing button, participants can share a link to their fundraisers on any app on their phone. So no matter where their community is—from Facebook and X (Twitter) to TikTok or WhatsApp—they can help amplify their message.
  • Email Flow: With improvements to our email flow, participants who have previously fundraised with Snap! Raise can automatically re-add emails from past campaigns when they join a new fundraiser. Using their past emails as a template makes it faster and easier for participants to help in outreach and ensure that potential supporters are contacted to help reach fundraising goals.
