We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, or use our app.

When ordering, registering on our site, or using our app, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information.

We collect information provided by users for specific features of the App, such as the Rewards programs, Trivia games, and Third-party integrations.

You may, however, visit our site and app anonymously.

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

  • To process transactions
  • To send periodic emails
  • To provide, maintain, and present the App and its contents to you.
  • To allow you to participate in interactive features of the App when you choose to do so, such as the Rewards, Trivia, or integrations.
  • To send you notifications about promotions related to your school sports teams.

  • To gather analysis or valuable information so that we can monitor and improve the App.

Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever without your consent, and other than for the expressed purpose of delivering the product or service requested.

The email address you provide for order processing will only be used to send you information and updates. No emails are sent without your authorization.

We do not sell or trade your personally identifiable information. No user information will be sold to any third-party website for any reason whatsoever.

There is basic information that you may transmit via third parties who assist us in operating our website, our app, conducting our business, or servicing you.

  • If you choose to utilize the share functionality of the site to send messages via Facebook, you are governed by Facebook’s privacy policy while completing actions on their website.
  • If you choose to utilize the transfer tickets functionality of the site to send tickets via Paciolan you are governed by Paciolan’s privacy policy while completing actions in their app.

We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.

You can opt out of marketing or advertising emails by following the unsubscribe process included in the promotional email you received. Mobile, Inc. account, orders, outage information, correction of personal information, password reset requests and other similar communications essential to your transactions on the Websites or Apps) that may be necessary for us to make the Websites and Apps available to you or respond to your inquiries. Our Apps integrate with third-party Software Development Companies, via provided Software Development Kits (SDKs) to enhance our functionality and your overall experience. You may choose to share your information with these third parties or log into your third-party account to access relevant features. We provide access to, but do not share your information with, the following third-party vendors, sites, and mobile applications whose features are accessible through the App.

We may employ third party companies to facilitate a service, to perform App-related services or to assist us in analyzing how the App is used. These Service Providers have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. Service Providers may be used for the purpose of analytics, ad server, and other such services.

We will not share your Personal Data with third parties without your express consent, except in the limited circumstances described below:

Mobile’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Data held by Snap! Mobile about our App users is among the assets transferred. We may provide notice of such asset sales, acquisitions, or mergers on the App.
  • With your consent, we share your email address with third party marketing services for marketing purposes.

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any information you provide, or we collect with third parties for promotional or direct marketing purposes without your permission. If you participate in the Trivia program and check the box next to the text that reads “I would like to receive additional information from (the school for which you have downloaded the app),” you are opting into our third-party marketing service and your email address will be shared with our third-party marketing partners for collegiate sports marketing purposes. If you choose not to allow us to share your email address by checking the box described above, you may still participate in the Trivia program.

We may share aggregate data, such as demographics and usage statistics, with client sponsors for administrative purposes.

You can always choose not to provide information when you are prompted to do so. Note that if you do not provide us with certain mandatory information, then you may be unable to take advantage of certain features of the App.

In case you are uncomfortable with our receipt of Location Data when you use the App, most mobile devices allow you to turn off location services.

Our products are intended for users in the United States, and the information you provide, and we collect is governed by United States law. Users outside of the United States are advised not to disclose information to us.

We comply with the Apple Store and Google Play guidelines when building and updating the App. In the case that the platform provider’s terms of use or other relevant documents change, we will comply.

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act). We do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

As a limited service-provider, Snap! Mobile, Inc. complies with all relevant provisions of the CCPA.
