If you access the Connect platform using the mobile app, (instead of the web-based version), you’ll soon see an updated look and improved user experience.
Easier Activation Process
Helping guardians get started will be even easier. We’ve streamlined the steps and simplified the language in the privacy options. While this won’t impact existing users, it will make it easier for you to assist guardians when activating their accounts.
Faster Directory Lookup
Looking for who you need to communicate with just got more efficient. The directory page now has two tabs – one for “People,” one for “Groups” so you can find your contacts, quicker.
Creating posts will require fewer clicks and steps. We’ve streamlined the process into one modal so you can input all the necessary information for a post in a single window.
Viewing posts and managing your feed will be easier than ever. Just click on the post and it will expand within the feed instead of opening another window. This functionality delivers easier reading on your mobile device and matches the format typically seen in social media platforms for displaying posts. Additionally, if a post is on the screen for more than 5 seconds, it will automatically be marked as read.
