- What do Tiers 2 and 3 offer?
Snap! Mobile One Tiers 2 and 3 are built for athletic directors and administrators offering integrated data across scheduling, communication, registration, fundraising oversight, and budgeting tools. If you aren’t already using the full solution set, you’ll now have access to even more solutions as part of your upgrade. More details about the solutions found in your tier can be found here.

- Do I have to pay for this upgrade?
- Will this impact my current contract or pricing?
No, your existing contract and pricing will remain the same. Any potential changes will be discussed during your renewal meeting.
No, the upgrade is completely free. There are no additional costs to continue using your current solutions or for gaining access to the other solutions in your tier.
Login and Solution Usage
- Where do I log in?
Your login process remains unchanged. Continue using your existing URLs or bookmarks. - What do I need to do on launch day (April 1)?
No changes are required on your end. You’ll see all your current solutions and the new solutions you have access to on the homepage. - Will this change how I use my current product?
No, your current workflow remains the same. Your bookmarks and URLs will still direct you to login as usual. To access your other solutions in your tier, simply use the app switcher menu in the upper left corner or visit the homepage. - Will this add to my workload?
No, Snap! Mobile One is designed to save time by syncing data across solutions and eliminate the need to manage multiple logins and apps. - Will I need to do anything to access these new tools?
Simply navigate to the home page and click the icons of the solutions you want to activate. Your CSM will assist with the activation process. - Do I have to use all the additional tools?
No, you are not required to use any new solutions that are part of your tier. If you decide to activate additional tools, you can do so through the homepage or by contacting your CSM. - What’s changing with the branding and tool names?
You’ll notice the Snap! Mobile One logo throughout the product. We’ve also simplified tool names for easier navigation. Raise, Store, Messaging, Schedule, Sites, Registration, Leagues, App Portal or FanX, Insights, and Spend.
