Snap! Mobile One Tier 1 is a complete platform for year-round activity and team management. It provides group leaders and coaches with an all-in-one app featuring essential tools like Snap! No, your existing contract and pricing will remain the same. Any potential changes will be discussed during your renewal meeting.

Login and Solution Usage
- Where do I log in?
- What happens on launch day (April 1)?
No action is needed on your part. You will continue using your existing bookmarks and URLs to access your current product. - Will this change how I use my current products?
No, your workflow remains unchanged. Your bookmarks and URLs will still direct you to your solution page. You can also use the app switcher menu in the upper left corner to navigate to additional available solutions. - Will this require additional work?
No, Snap! Mobile One is designed to save time by consolidating everything under one login, eliminating the need to manage multiple apps. - How do I activate my Tier 1 tools that haven’t been set up yet?
Visit the homepage and click on “Get Started” below the solutions you want to activate and click “Request Setup.” Your Snap! Rep will reach out to assist you with activations. - How can I request solutions that aren’t a part of Tier 1?
If you want access to solutions outside of Tier 1, click on the icon, then select “Request Upgrade.” A Snap! representative will assist you in upgrading your Tier and activating new tools. - What’s changing with the branding and tool names?
You’ll notice a fresh new Snap! Mobile One logo throughout the product reflecting our updated look. We’ve also simplified tool names for easier navigation: Raise, Store, Messaging.
Your login process remains the same. Simply use your existing URL or bookmark to access your account.
