Snap! Mobile One Product Updates

One Invite. Multiple Solutions.

Grant access and set permissions for all your available solutions for a team member from one central location.

1. Log in to Snap! Mobile One. From the home screen, use the left-hand menu to go to “Org Settings” where you’ll see a “Snap! Mobile Users” section. Click the blue arrow to proceed.

2. Click the blue “Invite” button on the right to start the setup process.

3. Enter the staff member’s email, title, organization and click “Continue.”

4. For Tier 1 Admins: Just click “Send Invite” and your staff member will automatically get access to Raise, Store, Messaging, and the App Portal.
For Tier 2 and 3 Admins: Use the toggles to grant access to your organization’s active solutions (only those currently activated will appear).

5. After clicking “Send Invite,” a confirmation banner will appear.

6. The staff member will receive an email invitation. Once they accept, the Snap! Mobile team will complete their access and permissions setup.
